alabama: 2 a.m. (many bars , nightclubs in birmingham serve alcohol past 2 a.m. licensing , determine last call when business diminishes. there @ least 1 nightclub in city serves alcohol 24/7 365 days year.)
alaska: 5 a.m.; while cities restrict further, not (primarily smaller matanuska-susitna valley towns), , villages dry.
arizona: 2 a.m.
arkansas: 2 a.m.
california: 2 a.m.
colorado: 2 a.m.
connecticut: 2 a.m. friday , saturday nights. 1 a.m. sunday through thursday. 3 a.m. new year s eve (day)
delaware: last call 12:45 a.m. service must stop @ 1 a.m. drinks must removed tables 2 a.m. service resumes @ 9 a.m.
district of columbia: 3 a.m. on friday night, saturday night, , night before federal or d.c. holiday; 4 a.m. on night of new year s eve , beginning of daylight saving time; 2 a.m. other nights.
florida: last call set statewide 2 a.m., cities have passed exemptions law, notably tampa, st. petersburg, , pinellas county (3 a.m.), broward county (4 a.m.), key west (4 a.m.), , miami (24 hours in miami entertainment district). liquor store closing times vary county.
georgia: varies county (most set @ 2 a.m., while others may have different times or no time @ all). in atlanta, bars allowed close @ 2:30 a.m., underground atlanta can operate until 4 a.m.
hawaii: 4 a.m., not bars qualify 4 a.m. license , must close @ 2 a.m.
idaho: 2 a.m.
illinois: 1 a.m. through 3 a.m., varies municipality. in chicago regular license bars 2 a.m. sunday through friday 3 a.m. saturday. bars have late night license allowing close 2 hours later 4 a.m. sunday through friday 5 a.m. saturday.
indiana: 3 a.m. (was 12:30 on sundays, not currently)
iowa: 2 a.m.
kansas: 2 a.m. (in 17 counties allow bars without limitation)
kentucky: 2 a.m. in louisville bars may buy 4 a.m. licenses.
louisiana: there no statewide closing time. bars may remain open 24 hours day, 7 days week. except, louisiana law provides:

minnesota: 2 a.m. many cities have 1 a.m. restriction.
mississippi: 12:00 midnight or 1:00 a.m.; depending on city. larger metro areas adhere after midnight policy. casinos not have last call.
missouri: 1:30 a.m. in of state; 3:00 a.m. in specially licensed establishments in 2 largest metropolises of st. louis , kansas city, , surrounding areas.
montana: last call bars , taverns around 1:30 a.m. however, 1 can purchase beer many local gas stations , grocery stores until 2 a.m. state law reads, agency liquor stores may remain open during period between 8 a.m. , 2 a.m. in spite of this, liquor stores close on or before 10 p.m. exception of casino/liquor stores.
nebraska: 1 a.m.; except municipalities (omaha & lincoln) allowed stay open until 2am.
nevada: there no set statewide closing time. bars may remain open 24 hours day, 7 days week.
new hampshire: statewide 1:00 a.m., bars must close @ 1:30 a.m. call last call @ 12:45 a.m.
new jersey: no statewide closing time. municipalities set last call @ 2 a.m. atlantic city serves 24 hours. ocean city dry town.
new mexico: 2 a.m.
new york: under state law, establishments must stop serving alcohol 4 a.m., actual closing time left each of new york s 62 counties. 4 a.m. time applies in new york city; clubs , bars may remain open without serving alcohol; may start serving @ 7 a.m. except on sunday, when sales begin @ noon. last call 4 a.m. in saratoga springs, buffalo, , albany. binghamton has last call of 3 a.m., syracuse , rochester have time of 2 a.m., , elmira, geneva, , ithaca have time of 1 a.m. rural counties may earlier.
north carolina: last call 2 a.m. statewide. on weekdays , saturday alcohol can sold beginning @ 7 a.m., on sunday alcohol sales begin @ noon. liquor stores (abc) closed on sundays.
north dakota: 1 a.m., recent legislation allows each county , city local option set 2 a.m. closing time. north dakota s closing time strict. drinks must off tables , bar closed mandatory closing time.
ohio: last call 2 a.m. statewide, although establishments may acquire licenses allow them serve until 2:30 a.m. store-bought beer & wine sales stop @ 1 a.m. liquor on 42 proof may purchased in state-approved stores—sales stop @ 10 p.m.
oklahoma: 2 a.m.
oregon: 2:30 a.m.
pennsylvania: 2 a.m. in taverns, 3 a.m. in membership-only clubs statewide. sales may begin 7 a.m. pennsylvania liquor control board–operated liquor stores (known wine & spirits shoppes , or commonly called state stores ) operate various hours, never open before 9 a.m. , never close later 10 p.m. ten percent of state stores, of near borders of commonwealth, open 12 p.m. 5 p.m. on sundays.
rhode island: 1 a.m. 7 days week. 2 a.m. in providence on friday , saturday nights , nights before state-recognized holiday.
south carolina: set county or municipality. no alcohol sales (on or off premises) permitted on sundays, except in aiken city, columbia, charleston, greenville / north augusta, south carolina, spartanburg, , myrtle beach area.
south dakota: 2 a.m.
tennessee: 3 a.m.
texas: serving stops @ 2 a.m. drinks must 2:15, liquor stores can open 10 a.m. 9 p.m. monday through saturday. beer , wine may sold in other stores until 1 a.m. on saturdays , until midnight on other day of week.
utah: last call 1 a.m., , establishments must closed 2 a.m.
vermont: 2 a.m., 3 a.m on new year s eve
virginia: on-premises drinks must 2 a.m. if daylight saving time ending, first instance of 2 a.m. counts. bars possess grandfathered licenses obtained before current last call instituted, allowing them sell @ time. off-premises premises must stop midnight. liquors can acquired off-premises consumption @ state-run liquor stores have stricter hours.
washington: 2 a.m.
west virginia: 3 a.m.
wisconsin: 2:00 a.m. sunday through thursday, 2:30 a.m. friday , saturday. no closing time on new year s eve.
wyoming: 2 a.m.

fort wayne, indiana: 3 a.m.
houston: alcohol service stops @ 2:00 a.m.
indianapolis: 3 a.m.
kansas city, missouri: 1:30 a.m. bars, 3:00 a.m. specially licensed bars in geographic areas. 6:00 a.m. 1 bar only, mutual musicians foundation.
key west, florida: 4 a.m.
las vegas, nevada: bars may stay open 24 hours day, 7 days week.
los angeles: 2 a.m.
lexington, kentucky: 2:30 a.m.
louisville, kentucky: 2 a.m. or 4 a.m., depending on license.
miami: 5 a.m.; bars may stay open 24 hours, 7 days week in downtown entertainment district.
minneapolis / saint paul: 2 a.m.
mobile: no last call bars operating under private club license
new orleans: bars may stay open 24 hours, 7 days week.
new york city: 4 a.m., nightclubs permitted stay open after 4 a.m. cannot serve alcohol.
pensacola, florida: 3 a.m. (within city limits, 2 a.m. county)
peoria, illinois: bars in downtown district may stay open until 4 a.m. bars in other areas may stay open until 1 a.m. sunday through wednesday , 2 a.m. thursday through saturday. bars may stay open 2 hours later normal closing hours on new year s eve, providing additional patrons not allowed after normal closing hours.
