yan on estate (chinese: 欣安邨) public rental estate south of heng on estate. opened in 2011 , comprises 3 blocks , small commercial centre. designed house 6,800 residents in 2,587 flats. estate within walking distance of heng on railway station on ma on shan line.


the shopping centre has 3 shops: cha chaan teng, convenience store, , mini-supermarket. in addition, empty bay on ground floor of yan hei house being converted fourth shop.


the estate slated expansion starting in 2018. carpark converted multi-storey carpark cum shopping centre. heng tai road diverted make room 3 more residential blocks 1,600 flats house 4,900 residents. expansion scheduled completion in 2021.
