nan fung sun chuen (南豐新邨), built in 1978, private apartment estate. consisting of 12 buildings distributed along greig road , greig crescent car park @ centre of development, developed nan fung development. because of relatively large size of development, serves benchmark premises developed in late 1970s in property market. tower blocks range in height 28 33 floors. blocks 1 5 @ 32 40 (even numbers) greig road while blocks 6 12 @ 27 15 greig crescent.
