(morita had left program star in short-lived sitcom of own, mr. t , tina, spin-off of welcome back, kotter. morita starred in subsequent short lived happy days spin-off series titled blansky s beauties.) al molinaro played al s twin brother father anthony delvecchio, catholic priest. al married chachi s mother (played ellen travolta) , father delvecchio served in wedding of joanie chachi in series finale.
