protagonist of william shakespeare s play tempest. prospero seen agreeing mr. grandours haste mundy quality . unknown how relation between prospero , maddy is, used son slave years. however, fall under fabletown compact pardons crimes done before signing.


mr. kadabra

depicted stereotypical stage magician wearing top hat. in earlier appearances, seen wearing button yog on refers meditation , concentration. name derives magic phrase abracadabra. has been killed unknown assailant in first issue of cinderella: fables forever. in fables story in days, revealed mr. kadabra s real name karrant. karrant powerful sorcerer cast spell on adversary made adversary ignore land in kadabra dwelled. cost of karrant s actions forgot spell , enemy. wandered world world until ended in fabletown in mundane world, made living stage magician, adopting stage name master kadabra . killed dorothy gale, needed dead body send message archenemy, cinderella.

morgan le fay

morgan le fay, saga of king arthur, witch long dark hair , beauty mark on face. identity first revealed in fairest graphic novel fairest in land, , later in fables 136 (camelot, part 6). known mrs. green, revealed in fables 128 (snow white, chapter four). morgan part of ozma s super team put defeat mister dark, given superhero name green witch. has power fly.


in snow white story arc, after story arc s title character taken captive prince brandish, morgan seen discussing rescue plans fellow witches, ozma , maddy. because brandish has bewitched himself injury inflicted on him hurt snow, task easier said done, since spell difficult break. morgan comes plan. not try break spell, add instead: build in delay between cause , effect, give them wiggle room between moment brandish killed, , when same thing happens snow. morgan begins hard work of casting spell, while rose red rescues snow while brandish distracted. snow engages brandish in sword fight, while morgan slowly, manages unwind spell brandish has cast on himself, allowing snow stab him straight through heart.
