early life , work

after graduating san diego state, montoya found job hunting difficult , discouraging. instead of finding stable employment, montoya did freelance work such filming weddings. during time adam, finding inspiration other youtube gaming commentators, decided record , upload own game commentaries.


work machinima

on december 3, 2009, montoya uploaded video channel explaining partnered machinima inc. , posting gameplay videos of network channel. on june 14, 2010, montoya posted video channel stating full-time employee of machinima.


jetpak

on november 5, 2014, montoya announced , associates have launched mcn, jetpak. reason founding of network create network did not contractually take advantage of youtubers , channels. mcn operated former machinima employees.


the paranormal action squad

on november 2, 2016, montoya announced co-starring, scott robison , vanossgaming, in new youtube red original series, paranormal action squad. animated comedy air on november 16. show animated adult comedy starring eddie (voiced robison aka mr sark), paul (voiced montoya) , vanoss (voiced fong, aka vanoss). michael rowe, of futurama fame, behind show s writing, youtube red s 12th original series.
