several christian denominations, such seventh-day adventist church, church of god (7th day), seventh day baptists, , many others, observe seventh-day sabbath. observance celebrated friday sunset saturday sunset. of messianic judaism considers sabbath kept according jewish doctrinal tradition, while of rabbinic judaism disagrees.
