anybody eligible vote in netherlands has right establish political party , contest elections house of representatives. parties wanting take part must register 43 days before elections, supplying nationwide list of @ 50 candidates (80 if party has more 15 seats). parties not have sitting candidates in house of representatives must pay deposit (11,250 euro november 2006 elections, districts together) , provide 30 signatures of support residents of each of 20 electoral districts in want collect votes.
