kam fung court (chinese: 錦豐苑) hos court in ma on shan, built on reclaimed land along tide cove shoreline. has totally 9 blocks built in 1996. however, 3 of blocks, kam lei house, kam ho house , kam lan house, unsold until sales of surplus hos flats phase 3 , 4 in 2008. in late 1990s, kam fung court suffered serious subsidence problem on newly reclaimed land.
