ming wah dai ha (chinese: 明華大廈) comprises 13 residential blocks completed between 1962 , 1978. oldest existing public housing estate developed hong kong housing society. named bishop ronald owen hall, 1 of founders of hong kong housing society. block redeveloped in 1978 , building redeveloped in estate. re-developed again in 2013. notable residents include aaron kwok.
